Brand Hub
The first Hub location in the USA, Specialized Fulton Market was designed as a destination for brand engagement. In addition to premium flagship retail, the design includes training, event, and office spaces. An "open kitchen" style mechanics' area invites customers to sit, chat, and learn. Unique company heritage displays and an interactive community ride map make this a truly differentiated retail experience.
For this project, I led early concept discussions, participated in real estate selection, developed the initial space plan, directed architectural development, and oversaw the work of the Project Manager and Store Environment team. I also introduced key experiential elements by cultivating new vendor partnerships.
