My work on these projects encompassed concept development, real estate selection, complex team management, space planning, and oversight of design, construction, and final execution.

Local bike shops occupy a special place in many communities, offering essential services and a place to meet and socialize before and after rides. These designs aspire to set a transformative new standard for the in-store experience while honoring and supporting those essential bike shop functions.
