Exploring ways to innovate the bicycle retail model, entrepreneur Nelson Gutierrez brought together three cycling brands into a collaborative venture in Hudson Yards. As the primary investor and the brand most experienced with retail development, Specialized contributed significant design and project management support. I held a unique role in this project, leading communication and facilitating collaboration across senior management from competing brands.
