Specialized Miami

Challenged to open a unique retail location within 90 days of lease signing, I led a small team to complete design, construction, display curation, and setup within the target time frame and budget.

The location within the Wynwood arts district of Miami required an exterior facade mural and compelled us to explore a model that reads more "art gallery" than "bike shop." Supported by a local fulfillment center that can deliver inventory on demand, this space functions both as a brand gallery and a retail space.
